2. Content which is unlawful, pornographic, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another`s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

3. Content which contains software viruses or other programming codes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;

4. Any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense;

- To assume all legal responsibility regarding the photos that he/she submits to 99albums.com including respect of copyrights, portrait rights of the people appearing in the photographs and privacy rights.

2. 99albums.com reserves the rights to:

- Modify any of these rules, without prior notification!
- Deny any subscriber for any reasons.
- Delete any user account we see fit, for any reasons, without prior notification!
- Modify the name or description of any inadequate photo or album, without prior notification!
- Delete any inadequate photo or albums of any member, without prior notification!
